The United Nations is fully aware of all
these, but has allowed Zambia to take us for a cheap commodity. Wars are
fuelled by injustice and favouritism we are peaceful people, if not we would
have declared war. Even if we have no weapons we could have obtained them in
the world, in the same way some rebels do; or we could have hired fighter or
militia some where; but our tranquillity has been interpreted as stupidity
by both Zambia and U.N.
Zambia has no respect or regard even for their
constitution; the constitution provides for freedom of speech or freedom of
assembly, but police keep on killing people for that; the lucky ones are
arrested or harmed. The right to assembly is granted by police at
discretion. Zambia does not respect her own laws, international law or law
of treaties or principles of law.
Since the U.N. does not seem to care, we are
yet to consult all the Barotzis to agree on one thing: either all the
Barotzish to be killed by Zambia or we remain the true owners of Our Country
Barotseland, with no interference from aliens. Declaration is a political
phenomenon enough is enough; we have already reverted to our original
status.
